• Golf Fitness for Beginners
This Two day seminar would help make beginner golfers more aware of the physical preparation required to improve their golf swings at a basic level. The topics covered are flexibility, injury prevention, stabilization exercises, and understanding golf muscles.
• Junior Golf Fitness Camp
This camp would be based on a three day format which includes correct training for junior golfers, weight training stretching, cross training, ballistic training, power training off season training.
Ivars and Michael think this camp would assist juniors and parents to understand what’s safe and what’s not in regard to junior golf fitness.
• Correct Weight training technique for golf
This is a two day seminar with emphasis on demonstrating correct golf weight training and how safe technique can improve muscle development and co-ordination. Ivars has trained Olympic athletes and is renowned for his attention to safe technique. The benefits students would get from this seminar could provide not only golf coaches but also all levels of golfer more confidence when training for golf.
• Women’s Golf Fitness Camp
Women are different to men not only from a physical view but also from an anatomical view also. So women’s golf fitness training camps include strength development exercises for golf muscles, women’s golf swing weak points, Bone strengthening. Since we have started EGFA many women have enquired about what do I do to get stronger to hit the ball
further, at this camp we can show you how to do it.
